The Honourable Attorney General Ms. Dorcas Oduor, SC, OGW, EBS, on October 5th / 6th ,2024, accompanied Her Excellency First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto in hosting Serbia’s First Lady, Her Excellency Tamara Vučić, who is in Kenya for a three-day visit.
The delegation toured the ongoing Mukuru Kwa Njenga Affordable Housing Project, where significant progress has been achieved. They later visited Reuben Primary School, where the First Lady of Serbia donated learning tablets to the students, marking a significant step in fostering educational development.
The Honourable Attorney General and Serbia’s First Lady also had the pleasure of touring the Giraffe Centre and the Nairobi National Park. They engaged in insightful discussions about the fascinating history of giraffes and the important conservation efforts aimed at preserving this iconic species as well as all of Kenya’s wildlife. It was a memorable visit that highlighted the beauty of Kenya’s wildlife and the value of international partnerships in fostering environmental awareness.
