Advocates Complaints Commission

The Commission is responsible for:

1. Investigating Complaints Against Advocates;
2. Undertaking reconciliation of the parties;
3. Referral of complaints to the Disciplinary Committee;
4. Prosecution of disciplinary actions before the Disciplinary Committee
